Information for home builders, pool builders, and landscapers about construction policies and architectural guidelines. This information applies to new construction and renovations. Contact us with any questions.

Construction Hours

Monday to Friday:  7 am – 7 pm
Saturday:  9 am – 5 pm
Sunday:  No construction allowed (including interior work)

No construction is allowed on:

New Year’s Eve – December 31
New Year’s Day – January 1
President’s Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve – December 24
Christmas Day – December 25

Builder Deposit and Fines

Builders are required to deposit $3,000 with the Belvedere Homeowners Association before construction begins on a new residence.

Builders are responsible for the actions of all contractors and subcontractors, including compliance with the ACC governing documents of the community.

Failure to comply will result in fines to the builder, which will be deducted from the deposit.
