Belvedere HOA
The Belvedere Homeowners Association was formed when the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions were recorded. Homeowners become a member of the Association when they close on a property in Belvedere.
Belvedere’s Homeowners Association provides community leadership, architectural control, covenant enforcement, oversight of community events, accounting and finance functions and the operation and maintenance of recreation facilities.
Community leadership is provided by various Association Committees and by a Board of Directors that is elected by the homeowners. All residents can participate in the committees. These committees help shape the future of the Belvedere Homeowners Association as well as plan and manage community events.
Belvedere MUD
The Belvedere Municipal Utility District (MUD) is a governmental entity that is a political subdivision of the State of Texas.
Belvedere MUD was created by order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality on November 30, 2005. Belvedere MUD is authorized to provide water and drainage services and infrastructure, solid waste collection and disposal, and certain recreational facilities within Belvedere.
Belvedere MUD has contracted with West Travis County Public Utility Agency to provide retail water services to residents within Belvedere. Belvedere MUD is governed by an elected five-member Board of Directors and is authorized to assess a tax rate to cover debt service for municipal bonds that it issues and for District operations and maintenance expenses.
